Windows builds

I've been following the Hugin project for a while now, and one thing that strikes me is the 'lack' of windows builds.

There was no 32-bit build for 2015, which a lot of projects do, but now there's no 64-bit build for 2016. The windows build took almost a month to appear on sourceforge.

Now, please do not get me wrong, I'm not complaining. I merely want to ask whether there is a better location to look for windows builds.
Maybe there will be a 64-bit build soon, I don't know.

Of course, if no one is actively providing windows builds, maybe I can help.
