Can Hugin concatenate multiple time sequence pics with overlapping areas ?

I tried to add time sequence pics, but the controlpoint error is big. Is there any way to handle this?

Check that there are no control points on the moving subject. After removing these control points and maybe adding some more manual control points optimize the pano again.
