Launch a terminal and run the command there. You can copy and paste to and from the terminal

I'm not sure if I did it correctly, I opened the terminal window and pasted the command you wrote and pressed enter, this is what I got:

lsb_release -a; uname -a
-bash: lsb_release: command not found

So this is a Mac issue and nothing to do with Ubuntu. Is that right?

Yep, I got here after a Google research so I tried to ask here, I thought that could be a program issue, do you think it depends on the OS?

Yes as this is Ubuntu support only. I suggest you post on a Mac forum. For example:

The area where this question was asked is the "Hugin for Ubuntu" part of Launchpad, and it is definitely wrong there, as you are not running Ubuntu, but Mac OS.
I move this question to the "Hugin" area, and hopefully your question gets picked up there.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask Ale88 for more information if necessary.
