Lens not found in lensfun database

I use a Tamron SP 70-300mm f/4-5.6 Di VC USD on my Canon Rebel T1i. When I looked at the lens that was being used by hugin it told me that I was using a Canon EF 24-105mm. So I naturally tried to override this by clicking on the "load lens from lensfun database" When I searched for my lens I could not find it. (Even though I have checked the database that is on my computer manually and my lens is indeed there.)

I'm sorry if this is a basic question, but I could really use the help. Thanks!
