Window 8 install say GL1.1 needed

Trying to run version 2013 on Windows 8.1 x86, it installs but then says it needed OpenGL 1.1, which also says I need 16 bit execute permission. This all seem a bit complicated as version 2012 worked fine.
Any suggestions,

Also 2012.0 needed already OpenGL 1.1. This is no new requirement and did not change. (Or have you updated the graphic card driver in the mean time? Your graphics system (card+driver) have to support OpenGL 1.1.)

Hugin is 32 or 64-bit. There is no 16 bit version. So it seems your installation is corrupted.
