I'd like to copy an exiv timestamp to the output image

The final TIF has no exiv info.
(If I change the output to JPG, then it uses the first image's Exiv info, which I think is OK.)

The final image has EXIF data. Some EXIF data are copied from the first image to the final panorama.
This options can be switched off in the preferences (tab stitcher). Maybe you have switch off the feature or your software does not read correctly the EXIF data in TIFF files.
