How to specify output file name ?

Asked by AlicVB

Hi all,
Actually, I'm able to launch Hugin with all the image I want to stitch using the command line. That's great !
But I would like to specify the output file. Is it possible ?
For example, I would like to be able to launch Hugin like that :
hugin --outpu="/my/great/pano.tif" /my/first/image.jpg /my/second/image.jpg /my/third/image.jpg

Maybe it's possible using some of the command-lines binaries, but I can't achieve this !
Maybe someone can help me ?

Thanks in advance
AlicVB

No, this is not possible. Hugin itself is "only" used to create the pto file and calculate all necessary correction factors. The stitching is done a separate program, PTBatcherGUI or hugin_stitch_project, which is called by Hugin.
Both programs have command line options to pass the output prefix.

For using the command line tools, see http://wiki.panotools.org/Panorama_scripting_in_a_nutshell
especially section 4: http://wiki.panotools.org/Panorama_scripting_in_a_nutshell#Creating_hugin_projects_on_the_command-line
