newbie question - unable to apply architectural perspective correction

Hello,

I am working on some single architecture shots, trying to apply shift-lens simulation.

I have followed this tutorial step-by-step, several times with various images, but never reached the desired output.
I must be doing something wrong...

I have uploaded one of my saved Hugin projects to this address:

...including the source image and the output I keep getting.

I am using Hugin 2010.0.0.5045 on Debian Linux

I would be really grateful for any hint!
I am a Hugin newbie, so the answer may be quite simple, sorry for that;-)

Hello,

I have no idea what was going on, but after repeating the process one more time I have received the right output.

However I still don't quite understand the behavior of the preview window - It does not seem to update every time I change something...
