I get Loadlibrary failed with errror 126 when I try to run hugin on vista

I have installed version 2010.4.0.854952d82c8f windows 32 bit on my vista premium computer. The software appears to install correctly but when I lauch hugin I get a error windows with "LoadLibrary failed with error 126: The specified module could not be found.

The problem is apparently with ATI driver for OpneGL. fixed problem by rolling back driver to older version.
