Why are you storing patches and other files on Dropbox?

Why not store patches and other files here on Launchpad, instead of using Dropbox?

Short answer; because they will change quite often.

At least they did in the beginning when I was building against HEAD of each source repository. And the build broke quite often.
And since they are not a part of the build system I didn't feel like distribute them as a part of the releases.

Right now you could argue that some of the stable modules could be put on launchpad because they are stable, but I haven't had much time on administrating this lately.
