please run "hp-check -t" and post the output.
I'm not sure exactly what you where saying before, can you describe the problem again?

Thank you for supporting HPLIP,

This is the "hp-check -t".
The Problem is: The Printer is found. The driver still find it.
But if I try to print something, nothing happened.
The printer crashed, it goes to Inactive with an error in the driver status and the printer freeze: No botton can help, the power botton doesn't respond to command, the cancel button doesn't work..
The Only thing that work is to power off the printer by disconnect the power cable..

If I've been lucky when the printer restart, begin to print, else I have to cancel the printing and retry all again.

There is a start of cicle:

Launch printing--> Print Freeze --> Disconect the power cable --> Connect the power cable --> I'm lucky?
* Case ( Yes): The printer start to print and then return to his Freeze Status
*Case (No): Cancel the print, disconect the power cable and retry to start the printing

If You need some more Information i'm here..

Ok..
If I change the default
hp:/usb/photosmart_7200_series?serial=
into a usb device:
usb://hp/photosmart%207200%20series?serial=
then my printer work again..

But I don't know why It doesn't work with the original URI..

Newest HPLIP ( 3.9.12 ) version doesn't fix the problem; the workaround works.
