windows 7 compatiblity officejet pro 8500

 I purchased the office pro 8500 all in one printer and I also bought a new HP computer. The installation for the printer said my windows 7 program is not supported to install the printer. What do i need to do to have the printer work off my computer?

This assistance forum hosted by Launchpad only provides assistance with the HP Linux Imaging and Printing driver. All windows and hardware support is provided by HP Total Care from the HP website (www.hp.com).

I can see Windows 7 drivers are available for officejet pro 8500. Please visit www.hp.com to download necessary softwares.
