fax error code 232

when we are about to recieve some faxes we get a printed page that states error 232 .
it states a communication error occured during the fax transmission. this happens when we are receiving some faxes. the odd thing is some are coming through. it also states: NOTE: imagine on fax send report is set to off an image of page 1 will appear here for faxes that are sent as scan and fax.
