fax multiple pages

Asked by Douglas Monnin

I am having the same problem as Douglas, and the answer is inappropriate. The User Guide says this unit can send multiple page faxes. It then says the fax can be on the glass or through the document feeder. Therefore, I am expecting this (new) HP all-in-one printer I just bought will provide a way to send multiple pages on the glass, one at a time, like my older HP did. That older HP provided a software generated question as to whether there are more pages or not, and if yes, allowed me to add a new page to the glass; if no, it sent the fax of the stored up pages. So, Aaron, this is not a hardware problem.

How does this printer allow, as per the User Guide, the ability to send multiple page faxes?

I just bought an HP Officejet 6500 all-in-one. I am trying to

fax multiple pages to one recipient on the 'GLASS' and NOT the

FEEDER as my receipts get all torn up, etc.

HOW do I do this? I'm assuming it has this feature as my

4 yr. old HP 2410 did??

The HP Linux Imaging and Printing project does not provide support for hardware issues. This sounds like a hardware issue/question. Please contact HP Total Care from http://www.hp.com for more assistance.
