MY KEYS ON MY HP OFFICEJET 6500 WIRELESS OUR NOT WORKING. PRINTERS GREEN LIGHT IS BLINCKING

 i CAN NOT EVEN TURN OFF THE PRINTER. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THE KEYS ARE NOT RESPONDING AT ALL ON PRINTER.
