Insufficient memory error when printing from Red Had Linux Print Server

- When printing through Red Hat Linux server, get error on printer there is "insufficient Memory". Confirmed machine has enough memory to support this print job.

• Printing is being done from a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 server sending traffic over an IPSec VPN Tunnel on port 9100 (Azure hosted, EAST US 2)
• Command used: lp -d CHECKS filename
• PPD file used to create the CHECKS queue: hp-laserjet_m507-ps.ppd.gz from hplip (hplip-3.22.6)
• Command used to create printer queue: lpadmin -p CHECKS_L -E -v socket://CHECKS -m hp-laserjet_m507-ps.ppd.gz
• Cups version 1.6.3-43.el7
• Sample PDF file:
