This is from Japan and they told me HP Japan doesnt support Linux.

But I found a driver in the homepage.

It will for under Linux? Or is there a difference between country?

 in Mint or ubuntu you do'nt need extra downloads from HP.
1- Install the hplip-gui
2- Install the printer with hplip device manager
3- in the terminal, run hp-plugin
4- firewall: add rules for hplip
5- restart computer
