My hp printer and Chromebook no longer recognize each other

I had the same problem, my os is linux mint, i tried to reinstall drivers, update everything, visually check the status of printer, print cleaning page, none of it worked. So I tried to restart printer into system settings and restart it, then error message dissappeared and everything once again worked.
