Hp Printer Laser Je t Pro MFP M436fdw stuck Processing

This machine was working and then stopped.I Ubuntu 24.04.1.It says processing forever.
It'driverless and thetest report page shows all test pass. All upgrades and updates current.
I've tried all sorts to get it going
