Will HPILP try a second attempt for FAX when destination is busy?

Will HPILP try a second attempt for FAX when destination is busy? Is there a way to save the composed FAX for re-trys? It seems that I must re-compose the FAX message to make a second, and third attempts to send to a busy destination.

I am using HPLIP v 3.9.2 on Mepis ( a Debian Lenny variant) and the hp OfficeJet Pro 8500.

HPLIP does not support this. We are looking at possibly adding this sort of functionality in the future.
