Print job held untill...

Ubuntu 9.04 hplp v3.9.6b.

When I try to print hplip says the print job is complete. It is not.

When I look in the Document Print Status I am told the status is “Held until a future time. IE it is 1:27pm and is being held until 12:28:04 PM.

If I right click on the job and select “Release” it just does the same thing over again.

How where can I correct this problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Bob.

Hi Bob -

It looks like you have 2 queues installed, one for a C4600 and one for a D4300. Can you remove all queues (either localhost:631/printers in Firefox or via hp-toolbox) and add a single queue for your printer?

I do in fact have two printers installed. A D4360 and a C4680.

Are you having issues aligning cartridges, or printing? Your first message indicated that you were having issues printing. This message leads me to believe you're having issues aligning the D4360.

Sorry I thought we were trying to solve question 77802 which seems to have expired because it was inactive for more than 15 days.

78854 is no longer a problem. Sorry I did not make it as such but question 77802 is still a problem.
