Faxes emailed to computer

We just installed the HP Linux in our office. We were wondering if it is possible to set it so that any fax that we are about to receive is emailed to our secretary in a PDF format, instead of printed right away. From there, our secretary could forward the email to whoever the fax is for, and they could choose whether to print the fax or not.
