Th Printer shows idle status, and is not printing anything
Asked by
Saifullah
I have Linux Mint. A couple of weeks ago, when I tried printing a document, the driver of the printer stopped printing the document and showed that all the documents were held in the print queue. I tried to release it but it didn't. Then tried to remove the driver using the command "sudo apt purge hplip". But that does not work at all, it seems to me that drivers are still installed. In the end, I tried to reinstall the drivers again, but I would not be able. I am new to Linux. Please help me, I would be very grateful.
