Internal CUPS operation error

Purchased a new HP Laserjet Tank MFP 2604SDW Monochrome printer.

Prints wirelessly through Iphone with no problems.

When I load try to load the driver: "HP LaserJet MFP 260x, cups-filters 1.27.4 (recommended)" I receive the message "There was an error during the CUPS operation: 'server -error-internal-error'"

I've rebooted the computer and printer... but no luck loading this driver.

Linux Mint 20.3 distro.

Any ideas out there?

Try using HPLIP driver.
