Ubuntu 22.04 damaged after installing HPLIP Version: 3.23.3

After I installed HPLIP version: 3.23.3 on Ubuntu 22.04, my system is corrupted. The terminal no longer accepts commands for execution. How to undo the installation ? I have big problems.
