HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 not printing/copying - whether connected to wireless or not

Hello,
My HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 is not printing or copying. This is whether it is connected to the network or not, which leads me to believe it is not an issue with the network, or any computers linked. It printed perfectly well since I purchased it several months ago, but when I was trying to print a somewhat large printjob yesterday (140 pages), it printed 5 pages, and then quit. I've rebooted, unplugged, reset to factory, etc., and it will still not print. It DID, however, print a wifi direct guide, but it will not print a test page, or any other report pages. TYIA
