How to atatch picture or pdf to question

In order to explain my question I need to attach a picture and a PPDF file. How do I do that. It gives me only a text box

Launchpad questions does not allow attaching documents or images.

If you see the need for an attachment to better explain your problem, then you have to upload the file to some public document hosting service and post the link to the document in your question.
