HP LIP drivers plugins not working properly?

I installed HPLIP that is included in my OS (using Mint 20.1). Just purchased a HP Deskjet 2752e printer. I didn't have any issues printing or scanning the first day I used it (4/19) but today I'm unable to scan and I'm getting messages about needing a plugin. When I went to 123.hp.com I was unable to download anything as it kept telling me there were errors. I can still currently print but cannot scan and I am unable to open the HPLIP fax utility in the menu. Still new to Linux (about a year) and relearning everything.

Goal is to be able to use the printer for printing, scanning and faxing with my Linux Mint 20.1 Ulyssa
