Your Mint version? USB or wireless? Which application are you using
to print from? Are you offered single sided printing?

Hey Brian.

My mint version is 20,3 Cinnamon.
I've downloaded and installet it from an USB drive.
I'm running on our wireless private network.
I'm using HPLIP to print from.
And yes i am offered single sided printing.

Which application are you using to print from and is double-sided
printing absent in the dialog or greyed out?

The specs for your printer are at

It has

   Duplex printing Manual (driver support provided)

It does not offer automatic duplex.
