"Scan to computer" with ENVY 5032 with HPLIP 3.21.12

According to the feature gird, "Scan to computer" should be possible with an ENVY 5032 using HPLIP 3.21.12 on Ubuntu 21.10

The printer is access via WiFi and appears to be configured correctly, i.e. I can print to it and scan from it, as long as the scan is initiated from the computer.

However, when I select "Scan" on the printer's touchscreen it says "Software required - visit 123.hp.com/start to install software"

Have I missed some crucial step in the setup?

No. HPLIP does not offer this facility. Please mark the issue as solved.
