Installing an HP Envy 6020e on Endless OS

How do I get the software and controllers for this printer. It's an HP Envy 6020e. My operative system is Endless OS by Linux.

Hi. Endless OS is apparently based on Debian (Stable) so you should just https://developers.hp.com/hp-linux-imaging-and-printing/gethplip and select Debian. After that when it downloads the .run file.

chmod +x hplip-3.21.12.run
./hplip-3.21.12.run

And then just follow the installation instructions it shows!

I tried with the HPLIP for Debian, but it's still doesn't work. Is there another possible solution?

There is always another solution. See the Release Notes for Debian 11.
(Assuming Endless OS is based on Debian 11).

Thanks, but reading the release notes is not an opltion. It's like reading the bible... It's just a printer after all. There's got to be an easier way. Anyone?

A search with "print" or "scan" gives section 2.2.2. It is
a gripping read :).
