Trouble installing HP printer

Hi,
I have a HP Envy 7640. I installed the HPLIP 3.21.10 on my Dell xps. Im using Ubuntu 20.04.3
this is the report i get.

Hi Liz,

It seems your printer queue ENVY_7640_series_TH5BJ3T103063T_ was not setup using hplip.
Can you try deleting this printer queue. And add printer using hp-setup ?
You can confirm the printer was added using hplip by running hp-toolbox and see if the print queue shows up there.

Also have you tried setting up the printer using wired ethernet?

Thankyou Shashank, but I got so frustrated with this that I install Mint and I now have my printer. Thanks for answereing.
