Since hplip 3.19, some printers stopped working. Fix is given, but not taken care of yet. Whom to poke? (Issue 1821079)

Hey,
there is since hplip 3.19 an issue which persists until now (hplip
3.21) and where a fix has already been provided, but no one took care
of it:

In short: Since hplip 3.19, some printers are not recognised anymore by
hplip since entries in the `models.dat` were removed. Re-adding the
entries makes the printers working again.
It affects my HP Photosmart b109a-m and it also affects other users.
Whom should be poked that this issue is taken care of and the fix is
applied?
