Help with Installation

Solved!!!!!

Hello,
    I have Office Jet 3830 All in One. I am somewhat new to Linux using Manjaro. I have downloaded the file and cannot seem to figure out how ti install it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fixed issue.
     needed the right commands/ Verbiage to get it to install

Try following https://developers.hp.com/hp-linux-imaging-and-printing/install/install/index and if you run into problems, please tell us the step that fails.
