Ubuntu16.4 driver HPLIP3.21.4 Default BW but Print libraoffice,chorme,testpage is in color.

Linux Ubuntu16.4 :driver HPLIP3.21.4 :Default BW but when print with LibraOffice, chrome , testpages is color .if I go to select properties before print is BW is output to BW. but I think HPLIP3.21.4 driver is problem can not settting default to BW it is print to HP color laser Jet E77830dn is color.
