hp officejet 8020 driver not recognized Leap 15-2

I have downloaded hplip-3.21.4.run. SUSE linux. The printer is recognized, but says "No matching driver found." How can I get that driver so it will be recognized, and formatted so I can use the printer? Please help. Thank you.

I just tried the scanner. Got same results as for printer. What is next step? Please help.

Unfortunately I had not added the ink cartridges to the printer. I did that thinking that would solve the problem. It didn't. it said "To complete setup,get HP software at: 123.hp.com. That brought me back to where we got together. Please Help me. Thanks.
