hplip Mageia support

Hi,

This is auroud85 from Mageia's (https://www.mageia.org) Linux Operating system. I'm currently the secretary of the Mageia Association which develops Mageia Linux, the Linux distribution derived and inherited from Mandriva Linux.

We already provide your hplip software, but we want your tools to support our distribution instead of Mandriva which is no longer available. Also, we are nearly Fedora-compatible for lib and packages names.

Please help us to be recognized by your software.
