scanner do not work

hi before everything worked fine, the operating system is Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS now no scanner software can connect to the printer due to i / o, problem as shown in the screenshot: "cannot open device hpaio: / usb / OfficeJet_Pro_7740 etc." Even on Ubuntu settings, the printer section has disappeared, while the others remain (monitors, audio docks, etc.) is it serious? thank you
