failure of colour printing
Hp pagewide pro 477 dw print black & white OK
but ifiit is asked from Ubuntu 16.04 16 bit to priot a coloured file
Iam instructed to load tray 1, if I do that a paper jam is reported. This is not true.
The printer prints coloured file from Win7 32 bit OK

An observation hat may help.
I have found that when the program MS Paint asks for a colour print it
is successful.
No other program in Windows (or Linux) will do so.
