UBUNTU PC FAX printing for ENVY 7855

I installed an HP ENVY 7855 on Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS. The printer and scanner both work.
I can manually FAX from the printer.

I wish to be able to fax from the desktop.
HPLI P is installed ver. 3.20.3
I have a printer queue for the FAX but it simply puts jobs in the Queue. The FAX Utility never opens.

I also have a problem with CUPS automatically adding duplicates of the printer but I can live with that.
