Support for DeskJet Plus Ink Advantage 6075

Dear Developers,
Could you please point me to the road map of the upcoming supported printer models, assuming it exists?
It's hard to find affordable, featured printer for home use from the current HP portfolio, which is supported on Linux... I was thinking of buying the model mentioned in the summary, but I am not sure if and when it will be supported.

I have no idea when this device will be supported by HPLIP, but it
is supported right now on Debian, Ubuntu and Mint without HPLIP.
