AttributeError: module 'base.wifi' has no attribute 'getwifiotherdetails'

I have an HP photosmart C4780. I am running hplip 3.20.3 on Ubtuntu 20.04. When I run

> hp-wificonfig

it exits with an error

> Traceback (most recent call last):
> File "/usr/share/hplip/ui5/wifisetupdialog.py", line 754, in NextButton_clicked
> self.showExitPage()
> File "/usr/share/hplip/ui5/wifisetupdialog.py", line 573, in showExitPage
> self.ip, subnetmask, gateway, pridns, sec_dns, addressmode = self.wifiObj.getwifiotherdetails(self.dev,self.adapterName)
> AttributeError: module 'base.wifi' has no attribute 'getwifiotherdetails'

I have checked file

/usr/share/hplip/base/wifi.py and it is indeed true that there is no attribute 'getwifiotherdetails'

Do most questions expire before getting an answer? Just because someone has not answered in 15 days does not mean that the person who asked the question no longer needs the help. Or has stack exchange become the more relevant site for answers while launchpad is now focused more on bugs?
