HP Officejet 9025 configuration

Asked by Rogier van Vlissingen

Recently, it seems that my printer ignores the number of copies. If I set it for anything greater than one, it just prints one and calls the job done.

Hi,

Please provide distro details. And how are you printing via hp-toolbox or application?
Did you face the same issue via application also ?

The plot thickens.
Mint 20/Cinnamon 4.6.7

In HPLIP, the Printer is not recognized.

I tried to print from both Libre office and from the file viewer (PDF)

one time, in Libreoffice, i was able to print 2 copies of a file, but next time I tried, it went back to printing just one copy, even if I specified 2.

In the file viewer I was only ever able to print 1 copy.

I will restart the machine now and see if this is repeatable.
