MY HP Officejet Pro 8100 will not print. It flashes and says my printhea is not cicompatible.

My HP OFFICEJET Pro 81000 will not print. It FLashes at the bottom below the print cartridges on the display screen on the printer. When I click on it, it says that the printhead is installed incorrectly or is incompatible. How do i correct that?
