Automatic adding printer in hplip-3.20.9 & ubuntu

Problems
In some circonstances, in setup process, a printer queue is automatically added.
In the page "Select From Discovered Devices", a fleeting popup indicate a printer is added, with the name "deskjet-2700-series" (my printer is "deskjet_2700").
After the process, there are 2 printers queues: the one I have added, and the unwanted. The unwanted printer is the default printer for the system.
The unwanted printer could be a model for the user (pre-completed form). But, I think, the printer adding must be under user control.

Environment
hplip-3.20.9
xubuntu 18.04 (LTS)
HP Deskjet 2700 series

Circonstances
The setup process takes place during running hplip-3.20.9.run,
OR hp-setup command after removing the 2 printers queues by hp-setup -r.
If the unwanted printer queue is removed by system-config-printer, this queue is not recreated.

Steps to recreate the problems

- create a vbox; take care of usb filter
- install xubuntu 18.04 in the vbox
- verify usb
-- plug the printer, power on the printer
-- type "lsusb", the printer must be in the list

- uninstall the ubuntu hplip 3.17.10:
-- sudo apt-get purge hplip hplip-data hplip-doc hplip-gui hpijs-ppds libsane-hpaio printer-driver-hpcups printer-driver-hpijs
-- sudo rm -rf /usr/share/hplip/
-- sudo apt-get autoremove

- download hplip 3.20.9, i.e.:
-- hplip-3.20.9-run
-- hplip-3.20.9-run.asc
put them in a temporary directory, and do the gpg verifications

- in a terminal, execute hplip-3.20.9-run
-- when there is a question in the terminal, accept (tape enter), including on "RESTART OR RE-PLUG IS REQUIRED"
-- during the setup process, in the page "Select From Discovered Devices", a fleeting popup indicate a printer is added, with the name "deskjet-2700-series".

- after running hplip-3.20.9-run
Launch system-config-printer (in the application menu (mouse head icon), in parameters, it can be called "Printers"). There are 2 printers queues instead of 1.
