problem with Hp4520

After installed Linux Mint20 the first page printed (and the followed) is Unclassified. Under miscellaneus in Device manager any
 modification attempt has no effect. How ca I resolv the problen. On linux mint19 thre has't been problem

Hp4520? Please give the exact name of the printer model. Is it wireless or USB connected?
