I can't print on my new HP Deskjet Plus 4130

I have a new HP Deskjet Plus 4130. I have set it up with my Android phone using the HP Smart map. My Ubuntu laptop can see it on the network, but when I send print jobs to it, they appear in the queue as 'processing' but don't print. Likewise, my Document Scan programme can see the printer, but it won't scan documents.

You're wireless connected? It would be useful to have the outputs of

  avahi-browse -rt _ipp._tcp
  avahi-browse -rt _uscan._tcp
  scanimage -L
  driverless
