HP DeskJet 3700 series and HPLIP 3.19

Asked by Gunnar Magnusson on 2020-09-04

The priter family HP DeskJet 3700 series that should be supported by HPLIP 3.19, have problem of showing the header or the top 3 rows. This issue does not occure on the other tested printers. Is there a planned fix for this, or should not the HP DeskJet 3700 serie be used.

I have no real idea what you mean by this. Perhaps you could explain.

Also, give your OS and type of connection, USB, etc.

Hi Brian
We have our own Linux based OS but we have tested the printers on UBUNTU 18.04 and get the same problem there.
It is an USB connected printer and the first lines in the PDF is missing.

Regards
Gunnar
