Device communication error (5012)

I'm using HPLIP version 3.20.3, and i have a Deskjet_2540_Series, on my Ubuntu 20.04. I get this error everytime i try to use my priter. What should i do to solve this problem?
Also, how should i answer you when i get a response? I got one email from you guys a month ago i think, but i got no response at all, so that's why im trying to ask again opening a new question here. Thank you for reading.

Hi ,

Ubuntu 20.04 support is working with few limitations on devices.

You can try to print via network instead of USB. That should work fine.

Neither Ubuntu or HPLIP seems to find my printer via wifi. I will wait for an Ubuntu update to fix this. I can use my printer by booting on Windows, for now. Thanks for the help anyway.
