HP 3630 ubuntu 20.04 LTS can't print documents

Hi there,

I've installed HPLIP via the command sudo apt-get install hplip-gui

but now when I print the documents come out with squares and not the text. Is this a printer driver issue?

when I print a test page the driver is stated as drvless.ppd and the printer test page prints OK.

my printer is connected on USB.

It worked great before on ubuntu 18.04 but now I can't print from xubuntu 20.04LTS

Any help would be much appreciated.

I updated the firmware on the printer using a windows 10 PC.

now I can print/scan on my this PC with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
